...and that is keeping the original engine. A 3.9L V12 with a six-pack of W ebers forgives a lot of sins. Maybe not enough si ns, in this instance, but a lot.

The only nope for me on that car is the Italian flag coloration. The rest gives me chills.
Is there a term of art for that metalwork quilting?

When I saw that, I figured it was a rusted out shell and they threw it on rails and put an LS in it. Yawn.
Now that I see it has the Lambo V12, it’s a little cooler, but it doesn’t make up for the rest of it.
Yuck.

Actually, I’m totally fine with this. The tricolore stripe down the middle and running through the cockpit is a bit meh, and I would go for different wheels. But it’s wild, creative, and altogether different. I give it a thumbs up.

The 3.9l V12 is sort of meh in my book. It's pretty underpowered by modern standards and it's one if the more common and cheaper lamborghini engines available. They shoved it into pretty much everything for a while.

It gave me about a half chub. I’d gladly play around with it.

“into pretty much everything” isn’t saying a lot when you’re talking Lamborghinis though - it’s not exactly a SBC :-).
I’ll take pretty much any V12 over pretty much any V8 if we’re talki ng hotrods: unless you’re sticking a blown bigblock in it you’re not really doing it for the power anyway, and it’s hard to beat the look and sound of a multicarb V12.
